After Anill achieved his 1st class degree at the highly reputable Northampton University, he was appointed as a Podiatrist within Bedfordshire’s NHS services. Since then, he has honed his skills and has gained extensive clinical experience working within specialist areas in the NHS and private practise, having achieved fantastic results in pain management and treatment outcomes for patients.
Anill has lectured at an undergraduate level, having taught at the Birmingham School of Podiatric Medicine. He was able to apply his experienced clinical knowledge and expertise in training the future podiatrists, with particular focus on biomechanics and musculoskeletal modules.
In order to work to the high standards that he would want his own treatment provided to, Anill is committed to ongoing training to keep abreast of new treatment modalities and research. To this end, he has completed a huge amount of postgraduate education in clinical biomechanics, lower limb acupuncture and injection therapy courses.
He has trained extensively with Mr Paul Swiercz in advanced mobilisation and muscle energy techniques.
When Anill isn’t at work, or attending continued professional development courses, he’s kept busy with his young family and enjoys keeping fit, playing football and traveling.
Angus qualified from the Birmingham School of Chiropody in 1987. He worked for the NHS for 25 years in East Anglia and the West Midlands. During that time his roles included Clinical lecturer at Birmingham School
Of Chiropody, Clinical Specialist Advisor and Team Leader for Care Quality Commission.
Since 2002 Angus has worked in Private Practice.
His claim to fame is being a Judge at Crufts Dog Show.
Patty Cairns qualified from Birmingham School of Podiatry in 2018 with a first class degree. She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and is a member of the Royal College of Podiatry. Patty has experience working in the NHS with high risk patients specialising in wound care. She is currently undertaking a MSc with Cardiff University in Wound Healing and Tissue Viability. Patty has extensive experience in treating patients with a wide range of foot and ankle conditions including nail surgery, verruca and wart treatments, Musculoskeletal conditions as well as providing an excellent level of routine chiropody care. Patty is a warm , caring and professional clinician. In her spare time she enjoys walking her dogs, gardening, running and skiing.
In my personal time I love nothing more than to spend time making memories with my husband and beautiful daughter, as a family we enjoy going on adventures, doing crafts, watching films and reading. I am also very passionate about Fitness, especially Weight and Circuit Style training.
